  • Bachelor’s in business Administration
  • Excellent oral and written English and communication skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • Understanding, Speaking and writing of English, Dari and Pashto
  • Excellent computer skills (e.g. Ms. Office)
  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Preparing budgets, quotations & invoices for internal and external production requests and following-up with them
    • Manage project budgets, Cash flows and compliance
    • Financial management of projects in accordance with approved budget
    • Coordinates implementation of all aspects of the project with specific activities described in the contractual documents
    • Monitoring and checking project progress
    • Ensure the execution of all action plans
    • Coordinate projects procurement and logistics activities with relevant departments
    • Deal with clients and negotiate with them
    • Follow up with clients to update the requests & contract amendment, if any
    • Inter-departmental coordination & administrative tasks
    • Assisting production HOD in his day to day work
    • Scheduling meetings & sharing meeting minutes with the attendees
    • Organizing training
    • Preparing inter-departmental weekly report
    • Preforming any additional tasks assigned by HOD

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s in Business Administration
    • 2-3 years of experience in related field
